Saint’s Huipil woven in one panel on a back strap loom.  The piece shows four selvedge ends. The background is woven with white cotton and the designs are woven with cotton and some silk details.  The opening for the head is decorated with red cotton.  It shows two arm holes.  The randa is simulated in the warp.  Designs: zoomorphic: turkeys, birds, monkeys, ixcanel and dogs; geometric: feather serpent.
