One panelled ceremonial dark brown woollen poncho woven on a foot loom. The piece is used by the cofrades (religious brotherhoods members) only for ceremonial purposes. It is worn on top the shoulder as a shawl. This poncho shows red and white geometric patterns with some indigo spots on both ends (one geometric section between two checked sections). Notice on both ends the long warp fringes. All the colors are natural dyes – natural black wool, indigo (blue) and cochineal (red). These types of pieces are really rear to get, because they are kept as treasures by the same cofrades. Please notice that the price includes FREE USPS Shipping!
