Two panelled Tzute or Utility Cloth woven on a back strap loom. San Juan Sacatepéquez has several common coloured stripes on the warp of the tzute: (purple, red, blue, brown and yellow).  Each of the panels is nicely brocaded with zoomorphic patterns at each corner of the tzute (feathered serpent, birds, butterflies, stars, corn plant and sacrificed turkey). Notice the four selvedge ends for both panels. The fine hand embroidered randa joins both panels with cotton, silk and mercerized cotton.  All the colours are chemical dyes, except for the Cuyuscate (natural brown cotton). Please notice that the price includes FREE USPS Shipping!
