One paneled ceremonial Napkin or Utility Cloth woven on a back strap loom, brocaded with different silk and cotton color designs. Geometric designs are the main subject of the decoration, which appear at both ends. The background is woven with white and two thick warp red lines on each side. The weaving has different weft stripes in high relieve woven on cotton and silk. A macramé work and fringes decorate both ends. This piece is use to carry candles or to cover the "tamales" (traditional food) during the ceremony or procession.
