This is the classic Rabinal’s bull mask with a sun symbol painted on the forehead. The black background is highlighted by a white section that together with the beautiful black painted eyes and leather ears gives the piece a special look. Wooden horns, painted black and white, are attached to the piece. The black snout has carved details to represent both, nose and mouth. Patina on the back denotes use.
