Rare hand made plate by the famous Montiel Family from Antigua Guatemala, decorated with yellow flowers and green leaves, fine light black lines, and a greyish background. The piece is highlighted with green leaves and yellow flowers; in the center a vase holder decorates the plate. Notice the two tiny green dots inside the vase holder to help identify the ownership of this rare piece.  Indigenous people use these plates to put chocolate vases on the holder and sweet bread around it. The piece was used by Cofradias during Religious Ceremonies when they presented the offerings to the Patron Saints. The plate is glazed as a finishing touch. Please notice the price includes FREE USPS Shipping.
