Saint’s Huipil woven in one panel on a back strap loom.  The piece shows four selvedge ends. The background is woven with white cotton and the designs are woven with cotton and silk.  At one of the ends the designs are embroidered with silk and cotton. The opening for the head is decorated with silk.  It shows two arm holes.  Designs: zoomorphic: turkeys, birds, monkeys, squirrels, dogs and ixcanel; geometric: tree of life and feather serpent.
