Three paneled everyday huipil woven on a back strap loom. The everyday blouses can have a brown or white background. The huipil is decorated with four “Double Headed Eagle” designs which (when the huipil is extended) will form the Mayan Cross with the Sun in the center (neckline decoration). Cotton, stranded cotton and silk are used to weave these brocaded decorations. The neckline is cut out and decorated with hand embroidered cotton and silk threads symbolizing the sun. The woven Randa or union band is elaborated with cotton and silk in the upper section. Please notice that the price includes FREE USPS Shipping!
