The service delivers important information regarding recently added items and related news direct to your Windows PC desktop as the items are uploaded. Click here to download the Notifier software - it's free and you do not have to register.
We offer eight channels - you can choose one channel by itself, or any combination.

To install the desktop alert software, click here, select "open", and then follow the on-screen instructions. Or save the installer to your PC and install it later. During the setup process you will have the opportunity to pick which channels you would like, and you can change your preferences - or turn off the alerts - at any time.
These alerts are for Windows PCs only. Your downloading, installation and use of the software is subject to terms and conditions laid out in the Casa de Artes’ License Agreement, which will be presented to you during the installation process.

A window will open asking what you want to do with a file called Installer_Notifier-CasaDeArtes.exe. Click 'Run'. You might see a confirmation message, asking if you're sure you want to run this software. Click 'Run' again.

How can I customize the Notifier’s options?
Do a right-click on the icon in your system tray and then choosing “Options”. Set your preferences about which channels you would like to be notified about and then click “Save and Exit”.
What does it mean when the Notifier Icon flashes a golden glow?
The golden glow indicates that new notifications are available for you to see.
What does it mean when the Notifier Icon displays a purple silhouette?
The purple silhouette indicates that the Notifier is looking for an Internet connection. You will not be receiving updated information if you are not connected to the Internet.
How do I turn the Notifier in my system tray off or on?
The icon in your system tray indicates that the Notifier is “on”. To exit the application, right-click on the icon in your system tray and then choose “Exit”. To re-start the application go to Start> All Programs> Casa de Artes’ Notifier> Notifier.
How often are new products, activities or promotions updated in the Notifier?
Almost every week you will be notified of new products, activities or promotions from Casa de Artes.
2. Install and Setup
Can the Casa de Artes' Notifier affect how my computer performs?
While the Casa de Artes' Notifier will not directly adversely affect the functionality of your computer, the more applications you run at one time may slow the performance of you computer. Usually we find users who have at least 512k of RAM will not have any impact from running the Casa de Artes' Notifier.
How can I install or re-install a new copy of the Casa de Artes' Notifier?
You can simply click here to install a new copy of the product at any time.
I tried to load the Casa de Artes' Notifier and my install failed. What should I do?
To ensure that you are able to download and install the Casa de Artes' Notifier please follow these steps:
Make sure that you’re meeting the minimum system requirements.
Verify that you are connected to the internet.
Make sure your browser security settings are set to default.
Make sure that your security software settings are set to default.

Casa de Artes License Agreement
IMPORTANT - Read this License Agreement carefully before clicking on the "Click Here to Download and Install Now" button. By clicking on this button, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement.
THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT between you and Casa de Artes. By clicking on the "Click Here to Download and Install Now" button, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this License Agreement. 1. Grant of Limited License.
Casa de Artes grants to you the non-exclusive right to use one copy of the Casa de Artes software program, Casa de Artes Agent, (the "Software"). The Software is in "use" on a computer when it is loaded into temporary memory (i.e., RAM) or installed into permanent memory (e.g., hard disk, CD-ROM, or other storage device). You may freely copy the Software, only in its original distribution format with this License Agreement and Privacy Policy, and without modification, to other individuals.
2. Copyright.
The Software is owned by Casa de Artes and is protected by Guatemalan copyright laws and by international treaty provisions.
3. Other Restrictions.
You may not reverse-engineer, de-compile, or disassemble the Software unless and only to the extent that such reverse engineering is explicitly authorized by law notwithstanding this license restriction. You may not modify the Software in any way. No title to, or ownership of, the Software is transferred to you. You may not sublicense, rent or lease the Software. You must use the Software in a manner that is consistent with the software licenses granted to you by other companies that have provided software for your computer. You acknowledge that information provided to you by entities ("Broadcasters") through the Casa de Artes Agent, their Web sites, by e-mail messages, or by any other means ("Content") may be protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights. You must use the Software in a manner that is consistent with the rights of Broadcasters. Your use of Content for any purpose that is inconsistent with Broadcasters' rights is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in civil and criminal penalties.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. CASA DE ARTES FURTHER DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. Because of the unique nature of the Software, you understand and agree that Casa de Artes will suffer irreparable injury in the event you fail to comply with any of the terms of this License Agreement and that monetary damages may be inadequate to compensate Casa de Artes for such breach. Accordingly, you agree that Casa de Artes will, in addition to any other remedies available to it at law or in equity, be entitled to injunctive relief, without posting a bond, to enforce the terms of this License Agreement.
7. Termination.
You may terminate this License Agreement at any time. Casa de Artes may immediately terminate this License Agreement if you breach any representation, warranty, agreement or obligation contained or referred to in this License Agreement. Upon termination, you must dispose of the Software and all copies or versions of the Software by destroying the Software. The provisions of Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8 of this License Agreement shall survive termination of this License Agreement.
8. General.
This agreement represents the entire agreement between Casa de Artes and you and supersedes all previous agreements or representations whether written or oral. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under Guatemalan Law and the parties hereto submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court in Guatemala City. The failure or delay by either party to enforce any term of this License Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such term. If one or more provisions of this License Agreement are held to be illegal or unenforceable under applicable law, such illegal or unenforceable provision(s) shall be limited or excluded from this License Agreement to the minimum extent required so that this License Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable in accordance with its terms.
